One to tentatively acknowledge and see how Gavi progresses this season. Should he be offered and sign a new contract at the Nou Camp, it’s likely his release clause will skyrocket.

The middle of the park is an area that Jurgen Klopp may look to address next summer. The Reds didn’t replace Gini Wijnaldum after his exit while James Milner’s contract expires in June.
However, do Liverpool need a creative midfielder? They’ve already got Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott as options, while Thiago Alcantara range of passing can carve defences open.

Hide AdSeasiders still sweet on Simms
Blackpool hold out hope of re-signing Everton striker Ellis Simms in January.
Chief executive Ben Mansford told the Blackpool Gazette he hopes "we would be capable of securing him back if it was right for all parties".
Simms moved to Bloomfield Road last January and thrived. He bagged 10 goals in 24 games to help Blackpool achieve League One promotion.
- Rumour rated: it's hardly a surprise Simms is wanted back on the Fylde coast. In his first loan spell, he surpassed all expectations.

There's also an issue to sort with Simms' Everton contract, which expires at the end of the season.
Once that is resolved, the Blues will likely look to get him out into the Championship - especially as fellow youngster Lewis Dobbin has been coming off the bench ahead of Simms.
