The stadium was full to the rafters for the first home game of the 2021-22 campaign following the easing of Covid-19 restrictions over the summer.

Liverpool fans turned out in force to watch their side beat Burnley 2-0 at Anfield on Saturday and despite a few teething problems with the stadium’s new ticket entry system it was a joyous event for Kopites.
