New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Sefton’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Ocean Fry, at 12 Sefton Road, Litherland, Merseyside was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 12.

And Pakora Spice Ltd, at 36 School Lane, Litherland, Merseyside was also given a score of three on December 12.

It means that of Sefton's 270 takeaways with ratings, 190 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
