Merseyside weather update Thursday, 10 March, plus five-day forecast: Cloudy changing to light rain

As we make our way towards the latter part of the week, there's a chance of showers across the region with a 70% chance of drizzle in Southport. Temperatures reaching highs of 11 °C.

As we move into the weekend, there's light rain forecast with a 38% chance of showers over Liverpool. Highs of 11°C apart from St Helens where it's reaching 12°C.

And looking at the five day forecast now, there is some light rain expected. However as we get into the weekend things could start to dry up and there's plenty of sunshine around.

By Monday there could be some sun peeking out behind those clouds, though, there is a chance of patchy rain. Unlucky for some, highs of 13°C.
