Merseyside weather update Thursday, 3 March, plus five-day forecast: Patchy showers turning dry

As we make our way towards the latter part of the week, there's a chance of showers across the region apart from in St Helens, where it remains dry. Temperatures reaching highs of 9°C.

As we move into the weekend, there's light rain forecast with a 75% chance of showers over Liverpool. Highs of 7°C apart from St Helens where it's reaching 8°C.

And looking at the five-day forecast now, things are starting pretty overcast; there are lots of clouds around. Patchy showers are expected.

However, things are starting to look up as we get into the weekend. By Monday, it's looking sunny and dry with highs of 9°C. A scarf and sunglasses kind of day, it seems.
