The property market in the L15 area of Liverpool remains very popular. The postcode has been one of the city’s highest ranked property search terms on Google over the last three months.

L15 covers Wavertree, including Smithdown Road - a historic street in Liverpool which is now host to a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bar and supermarkets.

It is popular with students and there are some lovely independent shops including the Been There Coffee Shop and Defend Vinyl, a record shop selling all the best in new and used indie, emo, punk, soul, hip-hop and classics.

Liverpool Aquatics Centre in the area is home to an Olympic sized pool, gym, sports hall and studios hosting a range of fitness classes.

There is also the historic Wavertree Garden suburb, which is in a conservation area.

Sefton Park, a historic 235-acre Grade I listed park, is nearby and has an abundance of activities including a large playground, cafes and the Palm House, a Grade II listed glass building which is also an arts and cultural venue.

There are some interesting and varied properties under £300,000 on the market in L15 at the moment and LiverpoolWorld has put together a selection for you to peruse at your leisure.
