Everton fans lined the streets once again to give their team an almighty welcoming ahead of the Merseyside derby against Liverpool.
Swathes of supporters were outside Goodison Park as they cheered on Frank Lampard and his side arriving on the team coach.
And it did the trick as the Toffees earned a thoroughly-deserved 0-0 draw against their fierce rivals.
Both sides had their chances and it was Everton who indeed had the ball in the back of the net in the 69th minute through Conor Coady - but VAR deemed the goal offside by the narrowest of margins.
Still, Lampard was satisfied with a point against the Reds.
