Chelsea’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek mostly likely of three midfield transfer deals for Everton

It’s been a busy day at Everton with owner Farhad Moshiri squeezing in another round of interviews with his three-man manager shortlist amid a raft of transfer negotiations - if reports are to be believed.
Following a double injury blow to midfield duo Abdoulaye Doucoure and Fabian Delph the Toffees have been eyeing up a move for Chelsea’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek to bolster their options.

Hide AdIt makes sense; Everton need a midfielder and Loftus-Cheek needs playing time. However, Blues boss Thomas Tuchel doesn’t want to sell.
The Dele Alli rumours continue to persist, although Newcastle United now appear to be favourites to land the out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur midfielder.
He came close to a move to St James Park in 2015 and said some nice things about their “unbelievable fans” too.
Meanwhile, Jesse Lingard’s time at Manchester United appears to be at and end. It’s just a question of if he will leave in January, or, when his contract runs out at the end of the season.

Hide AdHe looked set for a move to Newcastle but the Red Devils’ loan fee demands were too rich for the Magpies. Everton appear to be one of the few Premier League club’s still interested in the 29-year-old.
