Unsurprisingly, fit-again pair Ben Godfrey (hamstring) and Demarai Gray (illness) come back into the side for Michael Keane and Allan respectively.

There is also a start for Vitaliy Mykolenko as Lampard seemingly switches to a wing-back system.

However, Dominic Calvert-Lewin is not in the match-day squad for Everton due to illness.

The striker has managed just nine appearances all season.

Everton: Pickford, Coleman, Godfrey, Holgate, Kenny, Doucoure, van de Beek, Mykolenko, Gray, Richarlison, Gordon.

Subs: Begovic, Keane, Allan, Townsend, Iwobi, El Ghazi, Gomes, Alli, Rondon.
