Frank Lampard has been given food for thought after Everton’s chastening 5-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Toffees were well and truly put to the sword by Antonio Conte’s side and Premier League relegation fears intensified.

Lampard will surely be pondering changes for when Wolves visit Goodison Park on Sunday.
We take a look at the state of play of the Blues’ squad and what decisions the manager could look to make.
Goalkeeper and defence
It wasn't a 200th Premier League appearance or 28th birthday to celebrate for Jordan Pickford.

However, it's highly unlikely he'll be axed. He’s been one of the most consistent performers of the campaign.
Of the defence, Jonjoe Kenny was the best of the back four in the capital, although was still part of an insipid rearguard action.
There could be a temptation to switch Kenny to right-back and bring Vitaliy Mykolenko in for Seamus Coleman.

Supporters have plenty of sympathy with Coleman given his successor had not been found sooner. Many feel he’s been let down by the club.
But the Republic of Ireland international’s shortcomings due to his age are being exposed too frequently.
Seemingly, Lampard does not think that Nathan Patterson is ready for the Premier League despite signing from Rangers in January. The Scotland international was left out of the squad and was hooked at half-time in the 2-0 FA Cup defeat of Boreham Wood.

Hide AdKeane and Mason Holgate were as bad as each other in central defence. The former was taken off at half-time due to illness after a horrendous opening 45 minutes, in which he scored an own goal.
Holgate, meanwhile, failed to stop the rot in the second half. One foul on Sergio Reguilon late on typified a horrendous display.
Ben Godfrey returns to training this week after a hamstring injury. If he's fit enough to start against Wolves, you'd suspect Lampard will throw him straight back in.
And he could even be tempted to give Jarrad Branthwaite an appearance from the outset.

Midfield
On the road this campaign, Everton's engine room has been well below par. It’s a significant reason why they’ve won just once away from home.
There were far too many gaping holes that Tottenham exposed with ease.
There's been some scrutiny around Allan's lack of ability to cover the necessary ground.

Hide AdDonny van de Beek didn't have his finest game for Everton but has been excellent at Goodison Park since joining from Manchester United on loan.
The solution could be to drop Abdoulaye Doucoure into a deep-lying midfield role and bring in Dele Alli.
He's yet to start for Everton after arriving from Tottenham in January.
Andre Gomes is another option but was poor against Southampton last month.

Sections of supporters have been expressing concern about Dominic Calvert-Lewin's overall fitness and form.
The striker was thrown straight back into the starting XI after recently recovering from an adductor issue.
Bar one cross-shot that flashed just wide, he had little impact.

Hide AdCalvert-Lewin's managed just nine appearances all season and struggled to build momentum after missing four months because of a quad injury.
But he’s Everton’s best centre-forward and needs minutes to get up to speed. It’s a dilemma, all right.
Lampard could look to move Richarlison back to a central striking role - or even give Salomon Rondon a chance.
The Venezeula international has been much maligned for the majority of his Everton career but looked sharper when bagging a double against Boreham Wood.

Demarai Gray is back in training after illness and will be in Lampard's thoughts.
Everton are not short of options, with Alex Iwobi, Andros Townsend and Anwar El Ghazi all left on the bench.
