Many might have expected that title to go to Richarlison given he was heavily linked with a big-money move to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe.
Yet it is Luca Digne, with the same mark of 84, who is again the highest-rated player. The left-back is regarded as one of the best in his position in the Premier League and is a regular for France.
In joint-second are England No.1 goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and holding-midfielder Allan (83), while Richarlison is in fourth with a mark of 82.

Lowest rated
It unsurprisingly goes to a youngster who is part of the under-23s.

Ahead of Jagne are fellow young Blues Ryan Astley (62) and Kyle John (63).
Of those around Rafa Benitez's first-team squad, Ellis Simms - who scored 10 goals on loan at Blackpool last season - has been given a mark of 65 and centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite receives 66.
Biggest increase
Pickford's feats at Euro 2020 have seen him receive a +3 improvement from FIFA 21.

Richarlison, Michael Keane ( both 81) and Ben Godfrey (77) have both had their ratings adjusted by +1 respectively.
Biggest decline
That unwanted award goes to Andre Gomes.
The Portuguese's performances on Merseyside haven't hit the same heights since returning from a horrific ankle injury he suffered in November 2019.
Gomes' rating takes a decline of -2 to 77.
Captain Seamus Coleman has also been bumped down a point to 78.

Demarai Gray has started the season in scintillating form, scoring three goals in seven games so far and has proven a shrewd acquisition for just £1.7 million

Despite the winger being a Premier League winner with Leicester and starting to show the potential many knew he always had, he's been handed a meagre rating of just 75.
