Rafa Benitez's side's home game against Leicester City on December 19 was scrapped.

It means that new dates will have to be found for each of them.

We take a look at the Blues' current diary and when the matches may be rearranged for.

There are certain gaps in the fixture list but that doesn't mean the games can be filled in.

For example, Everton have a blank weekend on Saturday 5 February. However, that's because games in the FA Cup fourth round will go ahead.

The Toffees face Championship side Hull in the third round and will be expected to go through.

Fifth-round games are set for Wednesday 2 March, with the quarter-finals over the weekend of Saturday 19 March.

If Everton were to reach the semi-finals, they’ll be over the weekend of Saturday 16 April and the final goes ahead at Wembley on Saturday 14 May.

Meanwhile, Saturday 29 January is also free for the Goodison Park club. But that's because there are World Cup qualifiers taking place in South America and Asia, while the African Cup of Nations will also be ongoing.

Benitez may not want to play the game if he's without the likes of Richarlison (Brazil), Yerry Mina (Colombia), Salomon Rondon (Venezuela) and Alex Iwobi (Nigeria).

There is also an international break between 21 March- 29 March in which European countries will link up.

In fairness, there are quite a few midweek slots that Everton aren't busy as things stand.

If the games were to take place on a Tuesday night, for example, these are the dates the Blues have free; 15 February, 22 February, 8 March, 15 March, 5 April, 12 April, 19 April, 26 April, 3 May, 10 May, 17 May.

When will Burnley vs Everton be rearranged for?

Pretty much all of the above whenever suits both teams best, you would think.

Neither have European commitments so coming to an agreement could be pretty straightforward.

Everton beat Burnley 3-1 at Goodison Park earlier in the season so there’s no worry about the two matches being played too close together.

When will Everton vs Leicester be rearranged for?

It could depend on how far the Foxes progress in the Europa Conference League.

Leicester have been demoted to the new competition after finishing third in Group C of the Europa League.

Round 16 matches are scheduled for 25 February, with quarter-final games on 7 April and 14 April.

The semi-finals are arranged for 28 April and 5 May, with the final on 25 May.

That is after the Premier League is due to finish on 22 May.

Everton are due to travel to Leicester on Saturday 7 May so that might also need considering.
