Liverpool are now preparing for their final game of the season, and for some, it will be a final chance to play in the famous red shirt.
The Reds are set for a summer of change, with Jurgen Klopp needing to rebuild his ageing squad ahead of next season. As part of that, a number of contracts are being allowed to expire, while transfer decisions will have to made on other players ahead of the new campaign.
