According to Calciomercato, Jurgen Klopp’s side have expressed interest in Juventus and Argentina forward Paulo Dybala.
The 28-year-old’s contract with the Serie A club runs out next summer and talks between the player and Juventus have reportedly stalled - putting Liverpool on high alert.
The Reds are looking to bolster their attack with the future of Divock Origi unknown, while Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino all currently out of contract at the end of next season.
If Dybala decides to turn down a new contrat with the Italian giants then he will be allowed to speak to foreign clubs in January to secure a summer move as a free agent.
