Liverpool are owned by Fenway Sports Group (FSG) at this moment in time. The company took over the Premier League giants back in 2010 but have now put the club up for sale, as reported by The Athletic.

FSG were founded by John W. Henry and also most notably own Major League Baseball outfit the Boston Red Sox.

The Reds have enjoyed success since their takeover 12 years ago. They were League Cup champions back in 2012 and following the arrival of popular boss Jurgen Klopp, the Merseyside outfit have won the top flight, the Champions League and the FA Cup all once.
