Liverpool remain firmly in the race for the Premier League title, and are also back in Champions League action this week.

The Reds are within six points of Manchester City with a game in hand, after taking care of business against West Ham United last weekend, with Sadio Mané bagging the winner in a 1-0 victory.

The Premier League title race could come down to a nail-biting finale, but Liverpool will also be looking to continue their Champions League participation, facing Inter this week and with a 2-0 lead.

While Jurgen Klopp’s men pursue their quadruple dream, preparations will be ongoing for next season, and with that in mind, we have rounded up all the latest transfer rumours surrounding the Reds:

Minamino possibility

Liverpool star Takumi Minamino has been linked with a move away this summer, and according to journalist Pete O’Rourke, Leeds United could be a possible location.

He told GiveMeSport: “I still think it’s a position that Leeds need to strengthen.

“They’ve been so badly hit by Patrick Bamford’s absences this season through injury; they haven’t got much up there.

“Jesse Marsch knows all about him from his time at RB Salzburg.”

Adeyemi hope

Liverpool could yet have hope over RB Salzburg star Karim Adeyemi.

The 20-year-old has impressed for Salzburg this season, and has continued to turn heads in their Champions League campaign.

But despite links with Liverpool, it was previously reported Borussia Dortmund had all-but wrapped up a deal.

According to Ruhr Nachrichten, however, Dortmund are struggling to pull off a £35million deal for the forward, and who knows, there could yet be hope for the Reds.

Carragher on Bowen

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has issued his verdict on a possible move for West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen.

“There’s talk of Liverpool’s interest in him and you can see why with the goals and assists he gets, but also the positions he takes up,” he told Sky Sports.

“Even that one [the position Bowen took up before his injury], the position he gets in when Virgil van Dijk heads it back.

“He plays very narrow, as Liverpool’s wide players do.

“But I just think it’s always difficult for Liverpool to ever buy anyone in that position when you’ve got Mo Salah.

“Not just his quality, but he very rarely misses games.”
