The Reds haven't made it to the national stadium since being beaten in the final of this competition by Manchester City in 2016.

But with potential silverware on the horizon, Jurgen Klopp could be eyeing a crack at the competition.

Liverpool head into the game on the back of a 2-2 draw with Tottenham last Sunday, which ended their eight-match winning streak.

Leicester's previous two matches - against Spurs and Everton - have both been postponed because of Covid-related reasons. In their last outing, they thrashed Newcastle 4-0.

Here's all the information you need to know ahead of kick-off.

The Reds will be without four players who've all contracted coronavirus.

Jordan Henderson was ill for the Spurs game - although not with Covid - and could again be absent.

Klopp will be hoping that Divock Origi returns from his setback so the likes of Mo Salah or Diogo Jota could be rested.

Harvey Elliott (ankle), Nat Phillips (cheekbone) and Adrian (calf) are unavailable.

Klopp's likely to shuffle his pack and hand minutes to fringe men such as Neco Williams and Takumi Minamino.

Roberto Firmino could also make his first start after returning from a hamstring injury.

The right-back has been absent since February with a knee issue.
