Liverpool’s expected starting line-up against Inter Milan - three changes and brand-new midfield partnership

Liverpool face Inter Milan in the Champions League last 16 this evening.

Liverpool start their campaign in the knockout stages of the Champions League this evening when they travel to Inter Milan.

Jurgen Klopp’s men face the reigning Serie A champions in the last-16 first leg of Europe’s elite club competition at the San Siro.

The Reds still remain unbeaten in 2022 and will be looking for a big result to take back to Anfield for the return clash next month.

Klopp yet again has the highly-valuable commodity of a full squad to select from.

He has all of his Liverpool troops available and will be weighing up what he believes is the best team to beat Inter.

During his pre-match press conference, the Reds manager did admit that he will need some fresh legs and could make changes for the 1-0 victory of Burnley.

And despite being allowed 12 subs on the bench, some members of the Liverpool squad who make the trip to Italy will be delivered disappointing news and be forced to watch from the stands of the famous stadium.
