What is it?

An adaptation of a Disney classic: three orphans evacuated from wartime London find themselves in the care of the mysterious Eglantine Price, played by the West End’s Dianne Pilkington, and soon find themselves joining forces in search of a secret spell that will defeat the enemy once and for all.

From Tuesday 22nd to Saturday the 26th February.

What is it?

A hands-on fantasy world for children under the age of six to join in fun activities and introduce themselves to the Museum of Liverpool.

When is it?

A permanent display with each session lasting around thirty minutes, starting at 10.15am, 11am, 11.45am, 1.15pm, 2pm, and 2.45pm.

What is it?

An immersive experience to send you deep into Space, the Universe and Everything at Liverpool Cathedral. Bespoke music will accompany spectacular projections highlighting the awe-inspiring building, created by the artistic collaboration that created Angel Wings.

What is it?

Three giant inflatable sculptures (a giant arm, a yellow worm, and frogspawn) will be bringing joy to the Bluecoat’s famous courtyard, created by artist Bruce Asbestos. Each represent a different aspect of positive mental health and all are bright enough to blow away those winter blues.

Friday 18 February to Sunday 5 June.

Sefton Council are offering a bucket of free golf balls for any aged child under-16 accompanied by a paying adult at the recently opened Bootle Golf Course driving range to introduce young-ones to the game.

When is it?

Offer available between 9am and 3pm from Sunday 13 February to Sunday 20 February.

Price: Free bucket of balls for under-16s, £6 for 100 balls or £4 for 50.

Jamaican artist-in-residence, Desanna Watson, will be leading two workshops teaching you to create wonderful artworks using maps and fabric inspired by her own practice. There will also be the exhibition ‘Jamaica Making’ for those looking to expand their visit.

What is it?

Back after a COVID-forced hiatus, this year’s festival returns with an eclectic mix of performers and talents and organisers are calling it ‘the most multicultural year the event has ever seen’.

Tuesday 22 February to Friday 25 February.

Price: Individual gigs are £15; a full weekend pass is £50.

What is it?

The biannual showcase of inspiring artworks created by the students of the Wirral’s secondary schools returns for the fifth time to celebrate and encourage their artistic talent once more.
