The pyro musical competition will see the best pyrotechnic teams light up the night with dazzling fireworks displays, choreographed to a musical soundtrack.

Six competitors will show off their creative skills in front of a panel of judges, who will mark the efforts of each team and crown a winner. During the competition, over two tonnes of explosive material will be used with the overall weight of the fireworks exceeding 10 tonnes.

The impressive displays require around five kilometres of wire to connect the electrical circuits and involve the expertise of approximately 15 technicians working for over 12 hours to set up each show.
