Knowsley takeaway handed new food hygiene rating

A Knowsley takeaway has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Chicken Barbecue, a takeaway at 49 Eccleston Street, Prescot, Knowsley was given the score after assessment on June 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Knowsley's 110 takeaways with ratings, 53 (48%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
