A Sefton takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Lams, a takeaway at 18 Carr Meadow Hey, Netherton, Merseyside was given the score after assessment on February 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Sefton's 262 takeaways with ratings, 182 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
