Jade View, a takeaway at 8 Red Lion Shopping Centre, Liverpool Road North, Maghull was given the score after assessment on August 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Sefton's 267 takeaways with ratings, 188 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
