McPlant: We tried the new McDonald’s vegan burger and here’s our 60-second video review

McDonald’s brand-new burger, the McPlant, has landed in Liverpool restaurants in time for Veganuary after three years in development.

Produced in collaboration with Los Angeles based meat substitute producers Beyond Meat and trialled in 250 McDonald’s outlets in September 2021 the McPlant is now a permanent addition to the menu.

But what does the meat-free patty taste like?
