Jonathan Ryder, Beverage Manager for Gino D’Acampo’s Sky Bar said: “There’s lots more from us to come, we’ve literally only just opened up the doors. There’s been great feedback, people who work in the area have been popping their heads in because they’ve seen it getting built for the past two years. There’s a lot more to come, events, new menus, lots to be excited about so keep an eye on our social media for any announcements.”

What’s on the menu?

Offering guests a comfortable place to eat, drink and relax. The bar provides an extensive selection of premium international wines and cocktails and Cicchetti light bites. It promises to be one of the city’s most desirable locations, where hotel guests, local residents and visitors to the city can relax and unwind to the upbeat soundtrack of local DJs.

The menus feature only dishes created by Gino and his team from his award-winning books and TV shows.

Repurposing the former Echo and Daily Post building, the 207-room hotel has given new life to one of the city’s most iconic structures. Still in its infancy, there’s much more planned to take the bar on the 17th floor to another level, no pun intended.
