As a result, the 16-year-old boy was arrested on November 26 on suspicion of possession of an extreme pornographic image, possession of indecent photographs of children and voyeurism.

He was conditionally bailed and has been suspended by his school, where some of the offences are alleged to have occurred.

Following subsequent enquiries, a number of girls photographed have been identified and their families have been informed.
