📰 Police are appelaing for information after a man's neck was slashed following an assault on Colquitt Street in the city centre.
At around 9pm, on Thursday, a man was assaulted by an unknown male outside the Amsterdam Convenience store.

Hide AdThe suspect then made off from the scene on foot in the direction of Duke Street, onto Parr Street.
📰 The number of coronavirus cases in Liverpool increased by 511 over the weekend, official figures show – and four more deaths were recorded.
The figures include anyone who died within 28 days of a positive test result for COVID-19 and whose usual residence was in the city.
📰 A further 1,000 new homes will be built on brownfield sites across the Liverpool City Region following a government cash injection.
Funding of £15m has been awarded from the UK Government's Brownfield Land Fund to enable the construction. This is in addition to the already 3,500 planned.
