A proportion of tickets will be reserved for Ukrainian residents in the UK, including refugees supported by National Lottery funded organisations, as well as community groups from Liverpool.

🚨 A 32-year-old man has been jailed for 19 years for the fatal stabbing of his mum. Jamie Dempsey, of Brechin Road, Kirkby, was convicted of manslaughter following a trial at Liverpool Crown Court after he stabbed his 55-year-old mum Karen in the chest while fighting with another man outside a pub in Kirkby in August 2022.

🪨 Missiles thrown at vehicles across Merseyside's public transport network "could cause a fatality," according to one of the region's senior bus directors. Over three nights during the Halloween and Bonfire Night period, there were 23 incidents throughout the region where vandals targeted buses.
