Expansion plans for Liverpool Golf Centre & Driving Range after 'huge growth in popularity'

Liverpool driving range seeks expansion with new driving bays.
A Liverpool driving range could be expanded as plans are lodged.
The scheme relates to Liverpool Golf Centre & Driving Range just off Caldway Drive in Netherley.
Under the new plans, the existing site would be expanded with a first storey extension, meaning there would be seven driving bays added - with an additional 154sqm of space. The move comes as the site has seen a "huge growth in popularity".
A statement with the application, lodged to Liverpool City Council, said that the driving range "does not affect the existing car parking and will therefore have very little effect on the current facilities the site offers other than enhancing the capabilities of the on-site café, shop and coaching facilities".
