Joining a range of luxury retailers on Peter's Lane, such as White Company and Nespresso, White Stuff is searching for managers, supervisors and customer hosts.

Job roles available at The White Stuff (Liverpool ONE)

Store Manager

  • Hours: Full time (37.5)
  • Job description: The Shop Manager position is overall responsible for the performance of their shop. This role acts as a Shop Keeper taking ownership and the initiative to drive performance through managing KPI’s, including customer experience, developing the team and ensuring White Stuff’s presence in the local community.

  • Job description: The Deputy Manager position is responsible for driving trade by leading our Shop teams. Maintaining a good understanding on all KPI’s and what the shop can do to improve or sustain performance. Always ensuring our customers with the best possible shopping experience; contributing to our aim to be leaders in sociable retail. This role is a key part of the management team and deputises for the Shop Manager, whenever required.
