This role acts as a Shop Keeper taking ownership and the initiative to drive performance through managing KPI’s, including customer experience, developing the team and ensuring White Stuff’s presence in the local community.

Maintaining a good understanding on all KPI’s and what the shop can do to improve or sustain performance.
