Everton takeover: 777 net worth vs other Premier League clubs including Liverpool, Man Utd, Newcastle, Chelsea

Everton fans have been left in the dark over their prospective new owners.

It’s been seven months since Farhad Moshiri agreed to sell his 94 per cent stake in Everton to 777 Partners but palpable takeover progress has been little. The Miami-based investment firm were initially hoping to complete their buyout by Christmas but there are now doubts as to whether it will go ahead at all.

777 Partners are in ongoing talks with the Premier League as they try to present information on how they will provide the funds to run Everton. In the meantime, they have put forward a reported £180m on loans to the club, which has only increased the total debt.

Everton remain tightly constrained by profitability and sustainability rules (PSR), having twice been deducted points this season for separate alleged breaches. The club are in desperate need of financial backing and if 777 do succeed in their buyout, supporters will be left wondering what kind of money will be available.

Below, LiverpoolWorld has placed the investment firm among combined owners from the other 19 Premier League teams to give fans an idea of what could be.
