Still, Brighton are set to look significantly healthier in the engine room against the Reds.
Adam Lallana, who won the Champions League and Premier League with Liverpool before leaving for the south coast in 20202, was an unused substitute in the Seagulls' 2-1 loss to Newcastle last week.
However, he's over his hamstring injury and is in contention to start against his former club.

He's been troubled by a hamstring issue along with Jermey Sarmiento.
They're also in contention to feature, though.
On Mwepu, Potter said: "He’s trained this week so that’s really good for him.
“We need to look at his minutes and his time on the pitch. But the fact he’s training with us and is involved is great news for us."

However, Brighton will still be without key defender Adam Webster.
The former Portsmouth and Ipswich Town man, who Jamie Carragher hailed as the best English ball-playing centre-back with both feet in the country, has a groin issue.
Potter said: "It is only Adam Webster who is still away so everybody else will be available for selection."
