Jurgen Klopp stops Liverpool’s clash with Inter Milan so fan can receive medical attention

Jurgen Klopp ensured Liverpool's Champions League clash with Inter Milan was stopped so a fan could receive medical treatment at Anfield.

Midway through the first half of the last-16 second-leg tie, an animated Klopp could be seen alerting the fourth official to signal the referee to pause the game.

That indeed proved the outcome, with the the supporter sat in the Kop able to get the attention required from Liverpool’s club doctor Jim Moxon and physio Chris Morgan.

The Reds are currently goalless against Inter and hold a 2-0 advantage on aggregate.
