A Knowsley takeaway has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Yans Kitchen, a takeaway at 148 Liverpool Road, Huyton, Knowsley was given the score after assessment on February 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Knowsley's 109 takeaways with ratings, 54 (50%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
