New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Liverpool’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Liverpool’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Fiveways Pizza & Chicken, at 15 Childwall Valley Road, Liverpool was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 23.

And Pizza time, at 80 Rice Lane, Liverpool was given a score of two on May 23.

It means that of Liverpool's 543 takeaways with ratings, 218 (40%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
