New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Liverpool’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Liverpool’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Jumbo Takeaway, at Jumbo City Restaurant Jumbo City Restaurant Princess Drive, Liverpool was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 19.

And Sunny Fish Bar, at 150 Mill Lane, Liverpool was given a score of zero on December 19.

It means that of Liverpool's 587 takeaways with ratings, 256 (44%) have ratings of five and just 13 have zero ratings.
