Soccer Suite, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 138 Anfield Road, Liverpool was given the score after assessment on February 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Liverpool's 1,078 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 713 (66%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
