Jumbo Chinese Takeaway, a takeaway at 559 West Derby Road, Liverpool was given the score after assessment on September 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Liverpool's 577 takeaways with ratings, 250 (43%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
