A Liverpool takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

PIZZA BAR, a takeaway at 30 Hornspit Lane, Liverpool was given the score after assessment on June 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Liverpool's 547 takeaways with ratings, 224 (41%) have ratings of five and just seven have zero ratings.
