Mcpizza, a takeaway at 72 Seaforth Road, Seaforth was given the score after assessment on September 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Sefton's 268 takeaways with ratings, 190 (71%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
