Food hygiene ratings given to two St Helens establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of St Helens’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of St Helens’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Junction Inn, at 102 Junction Lane, St Helens was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 15.

And Bird i’th Hand, at 200 Prescot Road, St Helens was given a score of three on December 15.

It means that of St Helens's 142 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 70 (49%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
