Circus, a pub, bar or nightclub at Punch Tarmeys, 52a Westfield Street, St Helens was given the score after assessment on July 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of St Helens's 149 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 70 (47%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
