A Wirral drinking establishment has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Stork Hotel, a pub, bar or nightclub at Stork Hotel 41 - 43 Price Street, Birkenhead, Wirral was given the score after assessment on May 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Wirral's 214 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 153 (71%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
