A Wirral restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Wirral restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Townfield Cafe Limited, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 1, Townfield Close, Noctorum, Wirral was given the score after assessment on March 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Wirral's 626 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 430 (69%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
