Gyro's, a takeaway at 25 Bebington Road, New Ferry, Wirral was given the maximum score after assessment on May 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wirral's 349 takeaways with ratings, 145 (42%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
