TEMPURA Sushi, a takeaway at 6 Broadway, Higher Bebington, Wirral was given the score after assessment on August 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wirral's 347 takeaways with ratings, 144 (41%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
