A Wirral takeaway has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Wirral takeaway has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Bella Pizza, a takeaway at 268 Wallasey Village, Wallasey Village, Wirral was given the score after assessment on May 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Wirral's 350 takeaways with ratings, 145 (41%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
