Yummy Time, a takeaway at 180 Bebington Road, Bebington, Wirral was given the score after assessment on September 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wirral's 350 takeaways with ratings, 147 (42%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
