New city centre commercial development to bring fresh business opportunities to Liverpool
Integritas Property Group launches its first commercial scheme at Central Point on Naylor Street.
A new commercial development in the heart of Liverpool city centre is set to create fresh opportunities for independent businesses, retailers and professional services as Integritas Property Group (IPG) launches its first dedicated commercial project.
Central Point Commercial Space, located on Naylor Street, Liverpool, will deliver six brand-new commercial units as part of a wider mixed-use development, contributing to the continued regeneration of one of the city's fastest-growing neighbourhoods.

Scheduled for completion in Q3 2027, the new development by IPG, expanding on its already successful Central Point residential development, has been designed to provide modern, flexible commercial space suitable for cafés, retailers, healthcare providers, office occupiers, leisure operators and professional businesses, subject to planning.
Together, the six units will provide almost 6,500 square feet of commercial accommodation, on a 999-year lease with an estimated gross rental income of £151,500 per annum once fully occupied.
Helping to attract new businesses into Liverpool city centre while supporting the area's growing residential population, this launch marks IPG’s first move into the commercial property market following the successful delivery of residential developments across the North West.
