Dogs Trust Merseyside are hoping to find foster parents or forever homes for the gorgeous dogs in their care.
Due to the cost of living crisis, the charity has reported that more and more pups are being given to their rescue centre, as owners can no longer afford to care for them.
Buddy is a three year old Collie Huntaway cross who is looking for an active but specific home. He’s settled well in to centre life and takes each day as it comes with a wagging tail. He’s very friendly but can be wary of the odd person, so his new family will need to allow him to approach people, rather than the other way around.
6. Lela
Lela is under six months old and is a Bichon Frise cross. She must live with another dog because she has had a traumatic life. She is best suited to a quiet household with children no younger than teen.
7. Gio
Gio is a three year old Newfoundland who is very calm and walks beautifully on his lead with his long locks swaying, and he’s a little on the small side. He travels well in the car and is house trained.
8. TJ
TJ is a crossbreed who is over eight years old. He gets along with quiet dogs and can live with children of high school age. He is house trained and can be left alone for an hour or two.
